3D printed car and truck parts in Edmonton
Trim clips, gauge pods, intake adaptors, emblems and interior pieces — printed in materials that survive a hot dashboard in July and a -40° morning in January.
Parts the dealer can’t (or won’t) get you
Automotive work has been one of our steadiest categories every year since 2023. Most of it is small interior and trim pieces that are discontinued, back-ordered or only sold as part of a much more expensive assembly.
We also build parts that never existed: gauge pods for aftermarket gauges, camera and light mounts, adaptors for intakes and vents, and custom emblems.
- Push-in trim and panel clips
- Gauge pods and vent adaptors
- Intake snorkels and air box parts
- Camera, phone and LED light mounts
- Emblems, badges and caps
- Spoiler and body trim pieces
Materials that handle Alberta weather
Cars here see both extremes. A dashboard in direct summer sun gets hot enough to warp ordinary PLA, and winter cold makes brittle plastics crack. For anything in or on a vehicle we default to ASA, which is UV-stable and holds its shape in heat, or PETG for parts out of direct sun. Flexible pieces like grommets and bumpers are printed in TPU.
RC and scale models too
We regularly print RC car parts as well — wheels, hubs, axle stands and body details, including 1/10-scale crawler parts.

Questions.
Will a printed part survive inside a hot car?
In ASA, yes. ASA keeps its shape at temperatures that soften PLA, and it doesn’t yellow or go brittle in sunlight.
Can you match a part from photos alone?
For simple parts, often. For anything that has to clip into the car, the original part or careful measurements give a much better first fit.
Do you print structural or safety parts?
We’ll steer you away from printing anything where a failure could cause an accident — brake, steering, suspension or seatbelt components belong in metal from the manufacturer.
