Cosplay and prop 3D printing in Edmonton

Full-size helmets, masks, armour and replica props — printed in sections, joined, and ready for you to sand and paint before the next convention.

Wearable, full-size pieces

Cosplay is one of our most popular requests: helmets, masks, gauntlets, blades and blasters from games, films and anime. Most are larger than a single print bed, so we split them into sections with alignment keys and print them to fit your measurements.

Tell us your head circumference or the scale you need and we’ll size the model before printing.

  • Helmets and full-face masks
  • Armour plates and gauntlets
  • Retractable and replica blades
  • Blasters and hand cannons
  • Wearable props and accessories
  • Convention-ready display pieces

Raw prints, ready for finishing

We deliver parts cleaned up with supports removed, ready for your filler, sanding and paint. If you have a model file from a designer, send it along — please make sure its licence allows printing.

Questions.

How much does a cosplay helmet cost to print?

Cosplay pieces averaged about $70 per quote, but full helmets and armour sets are larger jobs and can be several hundred dollars depending on size and detail.

Do you paint or finish props?

We supply clean, unpainted prints with supports removed. Most cosplayers prefer to do their own finishing.

Can you print a prop from a game or movie?

Yes, if you have a model file you’re allowed to print. We can also help you find one or model simpler pieces from reference images.
