Small-batch 3D printing in Edmonton

Ten, fifty or five hundred of the same part. Our farm of printers runs side by side, so a batch takes about as long as one.

Short runs without tooling

Injection moulding only makes sense at thousands of units. For runs from a handful to a few hundred, printing is faster and far cheaper to start. We print batches of clips, covers, organisers, molds and branded pieces for businesses and makers.

  • Replacement and spare parts in quantity
  • Organisers, bins and inserts
  • Soap, chocolate and bath bomb molds
  • Stamps, stencils and tools
  • Branded items and merchandise
  • Products for Etsy and market sellers

Consistent from the first to the last

Every part in a batch is printed from the same file and settings, in the same filament, and spot-checked as it comes off the plate. Colours are matched across the run.

Questions.

Is there a minimum order?

No. We print one-offs and batches alike. Per-part prices drop as quantity goes up.

Can you print food-safe molds?

We can print molds in food-contact-grade filament. Printed surfaces have tiny layer lines, so many makers use printed positives to cast silicone molds instead.
