3D printed replacement parts in Edmonton
The clip that snapped, the knob that went missing, the bracket nobody sells anymore. Send us the broken piece or a photo and we’ll print a new one that fits.
Most requests are small, specific parts
Functional parts are the single biggest category of things people in Edmonton ask us to print — nearly double the next one. Usually it’s a part that’s cheap to make but impossible to buy on its own: a dishwasher rack clip, a shelf connector, a socket cover, a vacuum attachment.
If you still have the original, even in pieces, that’s the best reference. If not, a few photos next to a ruler and the measurements that matter are usually enough.
- Clips, latches and hinge pieces
- Knobs, caps and covers
- Shelf and furniture connectors
- Appliance and vacuum parts
- Pegboard and wall mounts
- Spacers, feet and bumpers
Modelled to fit, not just copied
We model the part from your measurements, then print it in a material suited to the job — PETG for parts that take load or get wet, ASA for anything outdoors or in a car, TPU when it needs to flex. For parts that need to fit precisely, we’ll often print a quick test piece first.
Design time is included in the quote, and you’ll always know the price before anything prints.

Questions.
Can you copy a part if I only have the broken pieces?
Usually, yes. Bring or photograph all the pieces you have. We measure what’s there and model the missing geometry.
Will a printed part be as strong as the original?
For most clips, brackets and covers, a printed part in PETG or ASA is as strong or stronger than the injection-moulded original. If a part really needs to be metal, we’ll tell you.
How much does a replacement part cost?
Functional parts are among our least expensive jobs — they averaged about $32 per quote. Very small parts can be less.
